No! Welcome Home Washoe is FREE – we want property partners to list and engage with service providers at no cost.
No – however, households may be a part of a rental assistance program, but WHW itself is not a rental assistance program – neither voucher nor financial.
Faster lease up, less vacancies, dynamic unit availability with ease. All tenants applying through WHW will have supportive services which leads to less evictions and unit turn over – all a cost savings for property partners!
No – WHW is only available to property partners who are participating and service provider agencies that are participating. The open market will not have access to the listing platform.

Yes. Your information will only be available members of WHW with a log-in provided by WHW team. All participants are vetted by WHW team.
