No! Welcome Home Washoe is FREE – we want service providers to have access to an accurate housing inventory provided by property partners – saving time on getting your folks housed!
No – however, property partners will be able to list what housing voucher programs they accept – RRH, PSH, HCV, EHV, VASH, etc.
Finding housing for your clients can be very time consuming and working with landlords can be a challenge – WHW aims to provide and accurate inventory as well as help to build, maintain and engage relationships with landlords.
No – WHW is only available to service providers who are participating with a log-in to Padmission provided by WHW team. The open market will not have access to the listing platform.
WHW does not offer case management, however, the WHW team will be available to contact for property partners and service providers. When joining WHW, service providers agree to provide supportive services to tenants – agreeing to be contacted from property partners regarding tenants/clients.

No! Welcome Home Washoe is FREE – we want property partners to list and engage with service providers at no cost.
No – however, households may be a part of a rental assistance program, but WHW itself is not a rental assistance program – neither voucher nor financial.
Faster lease up, less vacancies, dynamic unit availability with ease. All tenants applying through WHW will have supportive services which leads to less evictions and unit turn over – all a cost savings for property partners!
No – WHW is only available to property partners who are participating and service provider agencies that are participating. The open market will not have access to the listing platform.

Yes. Your information will only be available members of WHW with a log-in provided by WHW team. All participants are vetted by WHW team.
You will have the ability to edit your property profiles to reflect accurate contact information as well as unit availability.
